HIGH PRESSURE WATERJETTING TRAINING

Hookt Safety Solution's Hydroblaster Training and Certification Program Overview

Hookt Safety Solution's hydroblaster program offers training and skills assessment for new hire operators covering safe and effective high pressure cleaning, developed in accordance with WJTA’s Industry Best Practices for the Use of High Pressure Waterjetting Equipment. Waterjet training credentials are stored in a centralized database and are transferable if a trainee changes employer.

Why Train Your Workforce

  • Reduce requirements for retraining. Operators keep their credentials when changing employers, which reduces retraining requirements for new hires. Safety/HR departments can easily verify new hire certification records through the HASC database
  • Ensure hydroblasting terminology is aligned between contractor operators, equipment manufacturers and asset owners for clear and effective communication, job planning, and problem solving
  • Help propagate safe and consistent hydroblasting practices between different regions, employers, and end user industries by requiring and/or investing in training and certification
  • Keep pace with the evolving safe practices and technology that develops in the industry. The Hydroblaster Training and Certification curriculum is revised and updated frequently in complete accordance with the WJTA’s Industry Best Practices for the Use of High Pressure Waterjetting Equipment
  • Strengthen and maintain a strong culture of safety within your company and the industry
